Nanostation wireless access point

This guy is a little tricky to configure. But once you do, all that is required is plugging it into your computer’s network port. It is intended for longer range, fixed, directional connectivity. It works well for tele-commuting from the boat in the marina. I ordered the 5Ghz version because that band is not as highly utilized. You will need a way to mount it somewhere. I had a mount that attached to my bow pulpit but securing the nuts & bolts was fiddly. I now have a suction cup mount that quickly & easily slaps onto the mast.
